Bone Fishing

They say pound for pound bone fish are the best fight of any fish. Grand Bahama or ‘grand bajamar’ means “Great Shallow” due to it's many shoals and flats surrounding the island. This is perfect for bone fishing!  What Grand Bahama bone fishing is known for is how many hits you get in a day. Other place may have bigger fish but only 3 or so nibbles in a day. Grand Bahama boast an average of get 6 or 8 nibbles. What that translates into is a lot more excitement!
